Ponte Vedra Storm 97 girls sent two players to the Region 3 Olympic Development Program camp.  Abby Logue and Danielle Van Liere spent the entire 2009/2010 year trying to make the Florida Olympic Development Program.  With hard work, excellent discipline, and great effort both girls were selected to the Florida ODP State team.  Both Abby and Danielle were asked to spend extra time away from their club training to attend State training sessions with their Florida State team.  The honor of being selected to the Florida State team, both girls were asked to attend a week long training camp for region 3 in Montevallo, Alabama. Their are 12 different states in region 3.  Each state sends their State ODP team to Montevallo, Alabama for an intense training camp. Both girls trained with the best players in the South east region.  They were also evaluated by the top coaches in the south.  Follow these 2 girls with the Ponte Vedra U13 girls team as they begin the chase to bring another U13 Girls State Championship to Ponte Vedra.  Way to go girls Ponte Vedra coaching staff is proud of you!!!!!!!

By now all players should have received their registration information to Got Soccer. Got Soccer is the software system that will register our players. It is a little different process than in the past and there are some important steps that need to be taken to complete the registration process. This is particularly important if you are a Recreation Player U12 or above or any of the Developmental or Storm Players. The state requires the club to have all player passes completed by August and so we need the following information uploaded to the Got Soccer software by the end of this month, those documents are your player’s birth certificate and your player’s picture.

All Recreation players U12 and above need to go online and upload a photo to their account under the player tab and a copy of their birth certificate under the documents tab. Passes cannot be printed without this information.
