The treasurer’s duties include:
Keeping an accurate record of all funds received and disbursed.

Paying all debts approved by the Club.

Signing all checks written on behalf of the club.

Surrender books for audit when asked by a board member or the Athletic Association.

Keep accurate records of W-9 forms and send 1099 information to PVAA.
