Welcome to the Ponte Vedra Soccer Club Coaches Corner
Fall 2010 Recreation Information – September 1st 6pm. Coaches meeting for Fall 2010 season will be held at Davis Park soccer fields at the metal building on September 1st at 6pm. You will receive your rosters, coach cards and important information for the season.
On this page we hope to provide our fantastic volunteer coaches with pertinent information as well as tips and tricks for being a successful soccer coach.

All coaches must read and complete this form, the Volunteer Child Safety Policy Application and turn it in as this is a St. John’s County volunteer requirement. Please print out this form, you can find the form Volunteer Child Safety Policy_Application.
Rescheduling Games:
To reschedule at Davis you must contact Michelle (michelllefrecks@aol.com) at least 7 days prior to the original scheduled game and this must be via written email with both coaches in agreement. You cannot cancel a game or your team can be fined. All U7 and above teams have referees assigned so please do not no show a scheduled game this causes problems on the referee side as well as problems for the other team you are scheduled to play.
Adding New Players:
Coaches must contact the registrar Dee (deemcvay@comcast.net) to add a player to their team no hand written additions are allowed please make sure they are age appropriate before requesting team additions, If this is a competitive or developmental player an evaluation must be done and approved by Trey our DOC prior to an addition. Competitive and Developmental players and U12 and above recreation require player passes so please understand adding a player is not a one day process.
Uniforms:
Uniforms/Equipment/Trophies are handled by our uniform coordinator Kim (kimandbruce@comcast.net) and you will need to contact her for any questions/additions.
