To create a safer environment during practices we will be conducting 45 min sessions for this upcoming season. This will allow a gap between transiting from the 5:30 practice time to the 6:30 practice time. Please note the time changes below

U5-U10 Players: Practices conducted on Monday and Tuesday will be with your assigned coach and team at Nocatee Park. Each week your coach will be given a set of drills to be implemented during a portion of the practice. These drills will help develop the skills of each player's ability on the pitch. Then each team will transition into small-sided games for the rest of the practice with an emphasis on the skills just taught. Each week these drills will progress into more challenging skills, ultimately improving the player's ability throughout the season.

Players U11 & Older: Practices will be scheduled by your assigned coach and will be conducted at either Davis Park or Nocatee Feilds. Each week your coach will be given a set of drills to be implemented during a portion of the practice. These drills will help develop the skills of each player's ability on the pitch. Then each team will transition into scrimmage like play for the rest of the practice building a better understanding of each position and working together as a unit in game-like situations.

Junior Academy: Thursday practices will be for our 2015(U6)-2011(U10) Jr Academy participants who will work exclusively with our club trainers and coaches for strengthening skill development.
